Description: Many lab professionals will remember 2022 as the year they learned the true meaning of words “supply chain”. Shortages of critical supplies from test tubes to tourniquets have caused labs to develop a new appreciation of the supplies they once took for granted and the systems in place to ensure supplies are (usually) always available. This webinar will look at how the labs at Unity Health Toronto navigated supply chain constraints; we will discuss systems put in place, strategies developed and lessons learned throughout the journey.
