Speaker: Sheena Kilpatrick, CYA-RYT 500

Sheena graduated from Queen's University with a Bachelor of Physical and Health Education. She went on to complete her 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training in India. She is a Clinical Exercise Physiologist and is an Instructor- Trainer with the Manitoba Fitness Council & Canada Yoga Alliance. Sheena is passionate about holistic wellness and teaches a variety of clients in studio and online through her company Harmony Tree Studio.
