Speaker: Dr. Warren Bell
Warren is a family physician with 45 years of clinical experience, and a long history of environmental and social justice advocacy. He co-founded the Canadian Association of Physicians for the Environment (CAPE) in the mid-1990s, which now is the primary voice on environmental matters for the medical profession. He has written a number of pieces on these issues for the National Observer and other media publications. He lives in Salmon Arm, BC, and works hard to reduce his personal ecological footprint.
