Speaker: Rosina Mete, MSc, PhD, RP
Rosina Mete, MSc, RP, PhD is a Registered Psychotherapist who works within an Interprofessional Care Team providing psychotherapy and counselling to address barriers to mental health services in the Niagara Region. Rosina is a skilled clinician with experience in community health, hospital, and university settings. She obtained her PhD in Leadership and Policy from Niagara University in 2018. Her dissertation examined the impact of social support on psychological wellbeing among a chronically ill population (COPD). Fun fact: her initial research journey encompassed working as a research assistant with CSMLS! She enjoys providing mental wellness strategies to medical laboratory professionals.
