Description: The intent of this course is to provide an improved understanding of quality concerning Laboratory Medicine including concepts of systems that influence decisions and strategic direction in our organizations.
Upon completion of this course, the learner will have the skills and knowledge required to perform successfully within a laboratory quality system. Completion of this course will provide the learner with the prerequisite required for the second course in the series - Quality Systems for the Clinical Laboratory 2 (Planning and Design).
