Dr. Sandra Moll, M.Sc.(OT), PhD, - Professor, McMaster School of Rehabilitation Science
Dr. Moll is an educator, researcher and mental health advocate with over two decades of experience exploring how to better support the mental health and well-being of healthcare workers. Her primary program of research focuses on workplace mental health, including innovative approaches to building mental wellness and fostering early intervention and peer support. She developed the Beyond Silence app platform with input from healthcare workers across Canada. Her research expertise is in co-design, qualitative methods, and implementation science.
Melissa Parker, M.B.S (Neuroscience Specialization), B.Sc., B.A
Melissa holds a Master of Biomedical Science (Neuroscience specialization), a BSc in Life Science, and a BA in Psychology. Her academic achievements are matched by her passion for mental health advocacy, with a particular focus on improving mental health outcomes in vulnerable populations.
