Speakers: Dana Trofimczuk, MLT; Manon Chennette, MLT and Patty Hebert, MLT

Dana Trofimczuk has spent most of her 18-year lab career as a bench and senior tech in a microbiology reference lab. In 2018 she took the plunge and ventured out into the core lab management world.

Patty Hebert has 14 years of experience in a core lab setting, mostly in transfusion medicine. In 2019 she decided to step into management, and she is currently the site manager for a children's hospital lab.

Manon Chennette has over 25 years of experience in lab medicine, mostly within hematology. She has developed her career from Bench Tech, Charge Tech, Site Manager to Regional Director.
