Description: Orientating employees and teaching students are big tasks for both workplaces and new employees and students. Orientation should be as efficient as possible especially when staffing levels are critically low. This webinar will show how orientation packages can be organized to help new employees join the workflow effectively during their orientation. We will also review why student teaching should be limited to what is required to meet only their learning institutions’ competencies. Lastly, when a staff member needs extra training, we will describe how designing an effective learning session can help give that person more confidence.
