Description: We all know as laboratory professionals how important quality management is, so now we can make self-care just as important! This fun session will relate self-care and self-compassion to various aspects of quality management. Reframing self-care in this way will help you and others you work with to accept the importance of it, and create healthier and happier individuals. Brady and Meagan will share some of their own personal stories of how they have learned to practice self-care and self-compassion, and hope to have you leave the session feeling freshly calibrated.
Start date: Upon registration
