Laboratory Safety 1: Introduction, Overview, General Industrial Hygiene and Biosafety
Laboratory Safety 2: Chemical and Physical Hazards

Learning Outcomes:

Understand the hierarchy of controls.
Be able to apply engineering controls such as general ventilation and specialized mechanical ventilation equipment.
Be able to apply administrative controls such as orientation and training, workplace inspections, reproductive hazard controls, emergency response procedures and routine practices and additional precautions.
Be able to apply personal protective equipment controls for hazards involving chemical, biological and radioactive hazards.
